A Brief History

• In April 2007 the Financial Services Authority (FSA) regulated the Home Reversion market
• SYH Charterhouse was one of the first companies to become authorised by the FSA (May 2007)
• SYH offered 2 core plans - Rental Home Reversion Plan and Rent Free Home Reversion Plan
• In July 2008 SYH became FSA authorised and regulated Equity Release specialists, able to advise on a range of Equity Release products including Lifetime Mortgages and Home Reversions

• Rent-Free Home Reversion in England, Wales and Scotland age 65 plus
• Partial and Flexible Release in England, Wales and Scotland age 65 plus
• Lifetime Mortgages in England, Wales and Scotland age 55 plus
