As soon as the client's Equity Release Plan completes, we pay you your fees!

The SYH Charterhouse Process - Step by Step
- Complete customer detail form and pass to SYH Charterhouse
- SYH contact customer to complete fact find and a personal illustration
- Once client gives the go ahead, a survey of the property is arranged
- Client appoints a solicitor - SYH Charterhouse can provide a list of independent solicitors or client can use own choice
- Case goes to the Equity Release Provider for underwriting (typical turnaround approx. 6 weeks)
- Case accepted and money paid to customer
- Commission paid to introducer
